2. No Responsibility for Outcomes. 3. Right to Request Additional Information. I shall not be liable for any loss, corruption, destruction, deletion, alteration, misplacement, theft, interception, or unauthorized access to any data, files, images, documents, or information submitted, whether caused by hardware failure, software error, human error, cyber-attack, act of God, or any cause whatsoever, foreseeable or unforeseeable.
5. No Responsibility for Legal Issues. I shall not be liable for, and you hereby release and forever discharge me from, any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, expenses, causes of action, suits, judgments, or legal proceedings, whether civil, criminal, administrative, or regulatory, arising out of or in any way related to your submission, the use of your information, or the services rendered (or not rendered).

In no event whatsoever shall my aggregate liability to you, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, statute, equity, or otherwise, exceed zero dollars ($0.00). 10. No Obligation to Act. My receipt or acknowledgement of your information does not create, nor shall it be deemed or construed to create, any obligation, duty, commitment, promise, or contract to respond, act, perform, deliver, or provide any goods, services, or results whatsoever.
11. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold me harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, awards, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (i) your submission of information, (ii) your breach of these Terms, or (iii) any third-party claims, demands, or actions resulting from or connected to the information you provided.
12. Failure to Receive Information. I shall bear no liability whatsoever if your submission is lost, delayed, corrupted, misdelivered, unreadable, undeliverable, or never received, for any reason, including but not limited to network failures, server outages, spam filtering, or incorrect contact information provided by you.
13. Reliance on Third Parties. Any services or processing performed in connection with your submission may be executed by third-party providers over whom I have no control. I shall not be liable for any act, omission, error, delay, or failure of any such third party.
14. Governing Law and Severability. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, as determined in my sole discretion. Should any provision be held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be reformed to the extent necessary to best effectuate the intent of the parties.
15. Waiver and Amendment. No failure or delay in exercising any right hereunder shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise preclude any further exercise. These Terms may be amended, revised, or replaced at any time, without notice, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
16. Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and me regarding your submission and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, understandings, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
17. Release of Liability. You hereby knowingly and voluntarily release, discharge, and covenant not to sue me, my heirs, assigns, agents, representatives, affiliates, or successors from and against any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses of any kind arising from or in any way connected to your submission, except where prohibited by law as determined in my sole discretion.
18. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your submission shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, be resolved by binding arbitration conducted at a location of my choosing, and you irrevocably waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in any class, collective, or representative action.
19. Survival. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination or the completion of your submission shall so survive, including without limitation the disclaimers, indemnities, releases, and limitation of liability provisions.
20. Acknowledgment of Voluntary Agreement. You represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand every provision, and that you voluntarily, knowingly, and unconditionally agree to be bound by them without reliance upon any representations other than those contained herein.
These Terms are final, irrevocable, and binding upon you and your heirs, successors, and assigns. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not submit this form.
